  • The gates for the event will open at 10 AM on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday for general entry. For those arriving early for camping on Thursday, gates will open at 3 PM. Please plan your arrival accordingly to ensure a smooth entry into the event.

    Traders, staff, acts and services for the event need to book their time of arrival direct with the

  • 3pm on Thursday 24th July if you have pre booked the extra 1 nights camping. If not it will be 10am on Friday 25th July.

  • This is a full 3 day event.

    The event runs from 10 AM on Friday, 25th July until 10:30 PM on Sunday, 27th July. For those looking to get a head start, early camping is available from Thursday at 3 PM. Come and enjoy a full weekend of vanlife fun and activities!

  • We do have day tickets available but…

    While this is primarily a campervan and motorhome event, we are excited to welcome more caravans, tents, and car campers to join us. It’s all about the mindset and spirit of what we do—coming together, sharing adventures, and celebrating the freedom of life on the road.

  • This is a family-focused event, with an emphasis on creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere for all. To make it affordable and accessible for families of all sizes, we offer a variety of free activities for children, ensuring everyone can enjoy the event together.

  • We’re not just a dog-friendly event—we’re pet-friendly! Over the years, we’ve welcomed ferrets, cats, and more. We do ask that all pets are kept on a lead or under control at all times, both around the main event site and in the camping areas, to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

  • Please note that firepits and open coal BBQs are not allowed on site. This is a rule set by the site owners, not the event organisers. However, gas BBQs are permitted, provided they are raised at least 50cm off the grass to prevent any damage. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

  • There are toilets available on-site, with additional facilities being provided to accommodate everyone. The site also offers a limited number of showers as part of its amenities, ensuring you have access to essential comforts during the event.

  • We’re pleased to confirm that there are accessible facilities available on site, ensuring the event is welcoming and comfortable for everyone.

  • There are water points on-site for you to fill up with water during the event. Electric hook-ups are also available at an extra cost and can be booked in advance when purchasing your ticket.

  • There will be live entertainment, DJs, and children's entertainment throughout the event, with something exciting happening each day. It's set to be a fun-filled weekend for all ages!

  • Please note that tickets are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person. However, if you are unable to attend, we can transfer your ticket to the following year upon request.
